Refund policy

Resell, returns and refunds Liability Waiver.
The License granted is NON TRANSFERABLE and cannot be sold, shared, leased, rented, lent, redistributed, sub-licensed or given. Once the Serial is Authorised/Activated, the License is non returnable and non refundable.

Activation is when the license has been activated within the downloaded software. Redeeming the code in the Pulse Downloader* is not classed as activation and a refund can be requested even if the software has been downloaded.  

If the serial code has not been activated and a refund request is received, it must occur within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

To initiate a refund: Please use the contact box on the bottom right side of our website and provide your contact email and order ID. Response times to requests sent between Tuesday to Friday will occur within the mandated 14 days response as set out by the EU. (We will aim to respond within 24 hours)

All clearance Sales are final, regardless if serial has been Authorised or not. Clearance sales will be clearly marked as "clearance sale".

Sales are not compatible with other discounts codes unless specifically stated.

 

*The Pulse Downloader is the Application we use to manage downloads and accounts. A Pulse account is required to download the software and can be created for free after ordering.
